Over time, The C.W. Outreach Center will create a learning environment that will be an invaluable resource to all, aspiring mentors and the community at large. Our primary focus is the part of the community that is economically and socially outside the reach of the mainstream service and support. C.W. Outreach is here to help build solid foundations .We provide as many resources available to keep families working together. We plan to attack the problem areas and provide a safe haven for the community at a large.
